1. Is your matcha 100% Japanese?
Yes. Every gram is grown, stone-ground, and packaged in Japan β mainly in Uji or Nishio, the countryβs most reputable regions for premium matcha.
2. Is your matcha organic?
Our core range is grown using sustainable practices, and we also offer a certified organic option clearly marked on the product page.
3. Does your matcha contain sugar?
No. Our matcha is 100% pure, with no sugar, additives, or preservatives.
4. Whatβs the difference between pure matcha and matcha latte?
Pure matcha is meant to be mixed with water. Our latte blends are designed to pair perfectly with milk (plant-based or dairy) and may include a subtle natural flavor (vanilla, strawberry, etc.).
5. Is your matcha bitter?
Not at all. High-quality Japanese matcha is naturally smooth, slightly sweet, and rich in L-theanine β no harsh bitterness here.
6. Can I drink it while pregnant or breastfeeding?
Matcha contains natural caffeine. While many women still enjoy it in moderation, we recommend speaking to your doctor first.
7. How much caffeine is in a serving?
Roughly 30β35 mg per 1g serving β less than coffee, but with a more stable, calm energy effect.
8. Where do your flavors (vanilla, strawberry, etc.) come from?
All our added flavors are 100% natural, extracted from plants or fruits, and carefully dosed to complement the matcha.
9. Is your matcha vegan?
Yes. Every single product we sell is 100% vegan and cruelty-free.
10. How many servings are in one jar?
A 30g jar provides about 30 servings. One serving = 1g (about Β½ teaspoon).
11. How should I store matcha after opening?
Keep it away from light, heat, and moisture. Refrigeration is recommended once opened to maintain peak freshness.
12. How long is it good for once opened?
Best consumed within 2 months of opening for optimal taste and health benefits.
13. Can I use your matcha for baking or desserts?
Yes, but for recipes, we suggest using our culinary-grade matcha to preserve our ceremonial blends for drinking.
14. Are accessories (whisk, bowl, etc.) included?
Only in specific kits or boxes. Otherwise, each item is sold separately.
15. Is your packaging recyclable?
Yes. Our jars are made of recyclable aluminum, and all outer packaging is minimal and eco-conscious.
16. Can I use an electric whisk to prepare matcha?
Absolutely. Itβs one of the best ways to get a smooth, frothy texture β fast and easy.
17. Whatβs the difference between your βRitual,β βCeremony,β and other lines?
Each line has its own purpose: matcha type, strength, origin, or format (pure, latte, bundles). Everything is clearly explained on the product pages.
18. What if I donβt like the product, can I get a refund?
We canβt accept returns on opened food products, but if thereβs an issue, contact us β we always do our best to make things right.
19. Where are you based?
Weβre a European brand working exclusively with trusted farmers and producers in Japan. No middlemen.
20. How long does delivery take?
For France: 2β4 business days. For other European countries: 3β7 business days. Youβll receive tracking as soon as your order ships.
